Orbit International Survey Services LLC (Orbit ISS) is seeking an experienced and qualified QA/QC Multi Inspector to support onshore construction projects. The role is responsible for ensuring that all piping, welding, coating, and associated mechanical works are executed in full compliance with project specifications, approved procedures, applicable international standards, and client requirements.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b><br>
</div><ul><li>
Comply with Client Lifesaving Rules and all Contractor/Subcontractor HSE requirements.
<br>
</li><li>Witness and monitor construction activities including installation of piping systems, pressure vessels, and storage tanks.<br>
</li><li>
Perform inspections and tests in accordance with approved Inspection &amp; Test Plans (ITP), Quality Procedures, and Method Statements.<br>
</li><li>
Ensure subcontractors are working with up-to-date standards, specifications, procedures, and drawings.<br>
</li><li>
Verify calibration status of testing and measuring instruments as per project specifications.<br>
</li><li>
Participate in receiving inspections of materials and equipment at site, as required.<br>
</li><li>
Conduct and monitor welding inspections, NDE activities, PWHT, and hydrostatic testing.<br>
</li><li>
Inspect blasting and painting activities including AG/UG coating systems.<br>
</li><li>
Raise punch items and verify closure upon completion of work.<br>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or Diploma (3 years) in relevant technical discipline

Painting certification: BGAS Level 2 or NACE Level 2 or equivalent.<br>

Conversant with API 510, API 570, API 650<br>
</li><li>
10 years minimum experience in inspection of onshore construction activities<br>

Proficient in Windows Operating system, MS Office &ndash; Word, Excel<br>
</li><li>
Excellent communication, reporting skills in English (verbal and written).<br>
</li><li>
Excellent knowledge in Process Piping fabrication and erection with thorough knowledge of various materials CS, SS, DSS, Inconel and good experience in Blasting and painting inspection/testing of AG/UG coating system of these materials.</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented <b>Materials Inspector</b> to join our team! In this role you will get to perform the necessary tests, checking the arrived materials to ensure compliance with the project&rsquo;s requirements and specification and inspection of all materials used on site.</p><p></p><p><b>
What You'll Be Doing:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Will conduct testing of Project assigned Materials and supervise all the tests and sampling on site.</p></li><li><p>
Witness all the laboratory tests and in situ tests by contractor or third-party tester on the materials and prepare the samples/report for testing.</p></li><li><p>
Coordinate with the Material Engineer in charge of the work to confirm approval of the work for testing and discuss areas of concern.</p></li><li><p>
Perform sampling and testing in quick and efficient way to avoid undue delays to the Contractor&rsquo;s operations.</p></li><li><p>
Perform regular checks of delivered materials to the site for conformance with the approved source or supplier.</p></li><li><p>
Get involved in quality control and quality assurance.</p></li><li><p>
Assists the Materials Engineer in all activities related to review, approval, testing and acceptance of the materials used.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
What Required Skills You'll Bring:</b></p><ul><li><p>
At least 3 Years Diploma/Associate Degree in Civil Engineering / Geology/ Material or related technical discipline.</p></li><li><p>
Minimum of (5) years of experience on roads and Infrastructure projects.</p></li><li><p>
Good knowledge of construction materials (concrete, asphalt, aggregates, steel, etc.) and their relevant standards and specifications.</p></li><li><p>
Must possess the ability to read working drawings, related specifications, inspection and test plans and method statements and be capable of enforcing such specifications and contract drawings.</p></li><li><p>
Must be able to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports, etc. and any project specific engineering and construction relevant software.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
