We are seeking for an experienced Architectural Inspector to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Architectural Inspector will ensure the contractors are compliant with the contract documents, coordinate on a daily basis with the other teams to document and verify the quality and quantity of work performed by the Contractor and process the incoming Inspection Requests and technical submittals, and perform the necessary actions as directed by the project leads.</p><p><b>
Job Duties</b></p><ul><li>
Monitoring and ensuring that all architectural engineering aspects of the project are carried out as per inspection plan/drawings/codes and specifications.</li><li>
Liaising with the Senior Architectural Engineer and other Engineers and Managers to provide support and guidance as required</li><li>
Review and monitor variations to the work to mitigate time and cost impacts for any required changes</li><li>
Monitor the review of the contractor&rsquo;s documents/shop drawings to flag and rectify any issues which may affect the stability or function of any architectural components or systems. Monitor contractor&rsquo;s compliance with approved Quality Control Plan.</li><li>
Monitor the project related protocol set up for Inspection of works by the inspection teams.</li><li>
Monitor safety aspects when dealing with architectural installations</li><li>
Provide reports on the progress of the architectural aspects of the project.</li><li>
Assist in expediting of NOCs from relevant authorities if they appear to be stalled or in delay</li><li>
Maintain full site records, including daily site diaries in an approved format, and formal monthly progress photography.</li><li>

Job Vacancy: Inspector (Civil)</b></div>

We are seeking a qualified and experienced <b>Inspector (Civil)</b> to join our team for utility and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of Abu Dhabi HSE legislation, codes of practice, and industry best practices.</div>

<div><b>Job Purpose</b></div>
<div>
To supervise and inspect sewerage network works, primarily involving the construction and rehabilitation of new and existing pipelines, manholes, and associated works under TAQA-WS operations, ensuring the Contractor&rsquo;s compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, applicable codes, and Abu Dhabi authority requirements.</div>
<div><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Inspect and supervise the installation of sewerage related work activities.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with TAQA standards, project specifications, and approved method statements.</li>
<li>Issue NCRs for non-conforming works and follow up on corrective actions.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Contractor, QA/QC teams, and Resident Engineer.</li>
<li>Prepare daily inspection reports and site documentation.</li>
<li>Minimum Qualifications</li>
<li>Diploma or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in relevant field.</li>
<li>7&ndash;10 years inspection experience in similar nature of projects.</li>
<li>Prior experience and approval on TAQA project is preferable.</li>
<li>Experience working for an Engineering Consultant is mandatory.</li>
</ul>
<div><b>Additional Requirements</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of QA/QC inspection procedures and authority approvals.</li>
<li>Familiar with TAQA requirements.</li>
<li>Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.</li>
<li>Able to independently supervise and enforce compliance on site.</li>
</ul>
