  American International University (AIU) invites applications for qualified Industrial Engineering faculty to join its adjunct teaching pool and be considered for part-time teaching opportunities. Adjunct pool members may be contacted to teach introductory, general education, or selected major courses depending on departmental needs and individual qualifications. Adjunct Faculty contribute to AIU&rsquo;s mission by teaching undergraduate courses and mentoring students in a collaborative and innovative learning environment.

   Key Responsibilities
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Teach undergraduate courses within assigned disciplines
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare and deliver engaging course materials aligned with curriculum standards
  </li>
  <li>
   Support student learning and success both inside and outside the classroom
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with full-time faculty in curriculum development and program assessment
  </li>
  <li>
   Participate in periodic evaluations and contribute to continuous academic improvement
  </li>

   Required Skills and Qualifications
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Excellent communication and instructional skills in English (language of instruction is English)
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and student success

   Ability to engage effectively with diverse student and faculty populations
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in instructional technology and learning management systems
  </li>
 </ul>

   Education and Experience
  </strong>
 </p>

   Master&rsquo;s degree or higher (Ph.D. preferred for some subjects) in Industrial Engineering or related field.

   University-level teaching experience in the discipline required
  </li>
  <li>
   Industry experience in the teaching field preferred
  </li>
  <li>
   Commitment to academic quality and professional integrity
  </li>
