Asset Management System Coordinator is responsible for recording the depreciation of passive components (office furniture, desks, delivery cars, buildings etc.). The Asset Management System Coordinator is responsible for depreciating this over time through relevant depreciations methods and models.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
To assure the completeness and correctness of the IT assets value:<ul><li>
Daily check the assets changes (Shifted/Addition/Deletion) using Special Asset Management Tool for IT and prepare related reports.</li><li>
Liaise between the stakeholders to assure that Deleted/added assets were removed/capitalized properly in Oracle and</li><li>
Daily check the new purchased Capex items and take the necessary actions to add the Non discoverable items in Asset Management Tools using the related templates.</li><li>
 Prepare the Variance (Financial &amp; Qty) report between Oracle and (AST) then liaise between other department to match the information.</li></ul></li><li>
Verify the delivered items as per the agreed scope by comparing the submitted Asset Receiving Template with Ordered BoQ in terms of Quantity, models, prices, etc.</li><li>

Allocate the purchased items to the correct categories (Level 1 to Level 4) to ensure the proper allocation of the item lifecycle and the depreciated value.</li><li>
Monitor the AST functionality and assure the flow of the data from/to the other connected systems to perform the daily tasks.</li><li>
Maintain up to date knowledge and be familiar with Zain technical/network infrastructure</li><li>

The position will also control configurations of Jazeera existing and new aircrafts by performing engineering document reviews to ensure compliance of airworthiness directives/aviation regulation/maintenance program and reflected in Engineering Computer System.

Responsibilities and Duties:

<li>Develops and formulates the airframe, engine, propeller, and component maintenance programs to ensure safety, reliability, and airworthiness in the most economical manner.</li>

<div>About the Role 
The In-House Collection Specialist is responsible for overseeing in-house debt collection activities and overseeing in-house collection juniors.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Oversee daily soft collection calls and collection processes</li><li>
Oversee contacting of autopay customers to update their profiles</li><li>
Oversee the processing of autopay tickets including adding, removing, updating requests as well as overseeing complaints and directly intervening on escalated complaints</li><li>
Guide and train the in-house collection juniors in all matters related to collection activities ensuring that these are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner</li><li>
Coordinate with collection agencies and legal firms regarding specific escalated cases where necessary</li><li>
Coordinate with concerned internal departments regarding collection activities</li><li>
Establish relevant KPIs related to collection activities and review performance reports, tracking debt collection, understanding key pain points and recommending actionable solutions to the Collections Manager</li><li>
Perform all the above-mentioned roles and responsibilities in compliance to the Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and report any information/physical security breaches or incidents to the supervisor/manager immediately</li><li>
Be aware of, and adhere to, all environmental requirements as set by the statutory bodies in Kuwait, or by the published policies of Zain Group/Kuwait</li><li>

Clear ability to understand the dynamics of financial data to extract relevant information</li><li>
Experience working independently across a cross-functional team</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and frame key issues</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Ability to analyze a situation and produce creative, original and useful solutions</li><li>
Experience designing KPIs, reports, dashboards</li><li>
Strong understanding of telecommunications products, trends and technology markets</li></ul>
Education Level &amp; Major: Bachelor's Degree required, master's in Finance, Accounting, Business, BI / Data Analyst or a related field
