You&rsquo;ll manage complex schedules, coordinate high-level meetings, handle sensitive communications, and contribute to the smooth running of executive operations. This role demands professionalism, confidentiality, and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Manage calls, emails, and inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
</li><li>Organize travel arrangements and coordinate meetings, events, and schedules
</li><li>Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence for executive use
</li><li>Maintain confidential records and ensure secure handling of sensitive information
</li><li>Support visa processes for all employees, if needed budget tracking, and office documentation
</li><li>Act as a liaison between the General Manager, leadership team, and internal/external stakeholders
</li><li>Use independent judgment to solve problems and streamline administrative processes
</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For
<ul><li>Minimum Bachelor&rsquo;s degree
</li><li>10+ years of relevant experience in executive support
</li><li>Native in Turkish and Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
</li><li>Prior experience in a multinational environment is a must
</li><li>Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office tools
</li><li>Strong organizational and prioritization skills
</li><li>Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
</li><li>High stress tolerance and composure under pressure
</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail
</li><li>Collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
