 Assistant Residences Manager
 
 
 
 The Residences (Assistant) Manager plays a key role in the seamless daily operation of the residential community. This position is responsible for owner relations, project coordination, and ensuring the highest level of personalized service for residential owners.
 
 
 Working closely with the Director of Residences and Residences Manager, this role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience in luxury hospitality or branded residences.

Job Description 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Manager to join our team in the beautiful city &#304;stanbul. In this key leadership role, you will work closely with the Assistant Director of Finance to oversee the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning.<ul><li>
Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with organizational goals</li><li>
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable</li><li>
Collaborate with department heads to provide financial support and develop short and long-term financial plans</li><li>
Lead the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses for management, corporate office, and owners</li><li>
Manage the month-end closing process and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting</li><li>
Contribute to the annual budgeting process, capital budgets, and rolling forecasts</li><li>

Qualifications

Proficiency in accounting systems and financial software</li><li>
