 Assistant Residences Manager
 
 
 
 The Residences (Assistant) Manager plays a key role in the seamless daily operation of the residential community. This position is responsible for owner relations, project coordination, and ensuring the highest level of personalized service for residential owners.
 
 
 Working closely with the Director of Residences and Residences Manager, this role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience in luxury hospitality or branded residences.

 Resident Experience &amp; Coordination

 Act as the primary liaison between residents and internal departments including Concierge, Engineering, Housekeeping, and Security.

The Assistant Brand Manager would work on the creative development and execution of our activation programs as well as lead many key performance and operational aspects of the business, all while supporting Category Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing. This Assistant Brand Manager will join the Flora Food Group marketing team with a variety of opportunities to develop their marketing acumen and show leadership potential to further their career within the organization.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Understand brand dynamics, consumer behaviour, and market trends in Turkey and export markets (Central Asia &amp; Caucasia).
 </li>
 <li>
 Support brand marketing plans tailored to local market needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyse P&amp;L and drive profitability of the cream category.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor brand performance and identify growth opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute strategies with the marketing manager to increase brand awareness and penetration, ensuring delivery of penetration KPIs and turnover growth through analysis and tracking of key activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in all around marketing coordination and project management to deliver end-to-end seamless execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, insights, finance, supply chain, and external partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead innovation projects and ensure flawless NPD execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage A&amp;P budgets and expense tracking with the marketing manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own digital and social media communication and PR activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Project and network management from idea to market execution.

 About you!
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with 3&ndash;4 years of marketing experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills to present clearly, simplify complex topics and influence decision making; communication skills both written and verbal
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-driven, self-motivated, committed A-Player relentless on delivering goals
 </li>
 <li>
 A team player accountable, open minded who likes to work in a rapid and agile way with various competencies and departments by being result oriented
 </li>
 <li>

 </li>
