B. Customer (Internal &amp; External):<ul><li>Ensure coordination among the concerned user departments in the formulation of risk assessment and quality control.</li><li>Drive VOC Voice of Customer actionable across the team and maintain/improve the scores and drive inputs from VOC for improvements.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:
