 Coordinate and implement wide C&amp;B projects and initiatives with local HR teams.
 </li>

 Planning, budgeting &amp; cycles

 Prepare the Head Office staff budget and plan, consolidate annual staff plan budgets across entities, and coordinate and execute the annual merit and bonus cycle.
 </li>

 Analytics, compliance &amp; market insights
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare Group HR reports and dashboards, analyse HR data, ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies, and translate market and regulatory developments into recommendations.

 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Required candidates with working experience in Qatar (past or present)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field from a reputable university.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in a Compensation &amp; Benefits role.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Expertise in job evaluation and job grading using the HAY methodology.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Preferably, a consultancy background in C&amp;B/job evaluation and a strong interest in transitioning into an in-house corporate role.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Candidates with Big 4 experience will be an advantage.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced user in Power BI and Excel, with the ability to work comfortably with large datasets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of HRIS/compensation modules, preferably Oracle.
 </li>
