Specific Accountabilities

Job Purpose
The Executive &ndash; Projects (Inventory Controller &ndash; Non-Trade) is responsible for managing, monitoring, and controlling all non-trade inventory utilized for retail store development, renovations, maintenance projects, and operational support. The role ensures accurate inventory records, timely availability of project materials, effective stock utilization, and compliance with inventory control procedures to support successful project execution across the retail network.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Planning &amp; Control
<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of all non-trade inventory, including fixtures, fittings, equipment, tools, store supplies, and project materials.
</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of required materials for ongoing and upcoming projects.
</li><li>Track inventory movements, including receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and disposals.
</li><li>Ensure inventory transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP or inventory management system.
</li><li>Establish and maintain appropriate minimum and maximum stock levels for frequently used project items.

<ul><li>Coordinate with Project Managers and stakeholders to understand material requirements and project timelines.
