 To ensure a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and maintaining effective Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and practices across all construction activities. The HSE Specialist plays a key role in hazard identification, accident prevention, training, and ensuring full compliance with the company&rsquo;s HSE policies and legal requirements.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Participate in the identification of potential hazards in coordination with the supervision team within assigned areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular, planned area inspections in collaboration with area representatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure alignment with the company&rsquo;s HSE policy by achieving set targets and implementing safety programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver HSE induction and job-specific safety trainings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and lead periodic safety meetings at work locations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain effective communication with contractors and employees regarding safety matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that all employees, contractors, and visitors are aware of emergency procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and submit a monthly HSE inspection report for each contractor, including follow-up on corrective actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Investigate on-site accidents and incidents, and prepare detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a full-time presence on-site to monitor and follow up on all safety-related activities.
 </li>

 Job Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Science, or Agriculture.
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience in the construction industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 OSHA certification.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certification in Scaffolding Inspection.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of safe scaffolding practices, lifting operations, and permit-to-work systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to organize and deliver HSE-specific training sessions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective verbal and written communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong writing skills with the ability to contribute to the development of HSE programs and reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in preparing detailed audit reports, including necessary preventive and corrective measures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in English.
 </li>
