Requirements: Requires a Master&rsquo;s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, or a related technical field plus three (3) years of experience as an Analyst or in a related position performing credit analysis in structured finance to understand operational and financial profiles. THE ROLE:

As a Senior Financial Analyst within the Sotheby's Global Finance Team you will support the controllership function for Sotheby's Financial Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Liaising within the SFS operations team and Global Finance for application of third-party cash and sale proceeds to client accounts, including movement of funds. Reconciliation and postings to bank accounts, client accounts, and related general ledger accounts</li>

Job Summary
 
As Assistant Manager, Advocacy and Owned Engagement, you will be responsible for developing creative and business-driving influencer marketing strategies for the L'Oréal Paris Skincare Category, building and fostering influencer relationships, and reporting on performance with insights. As an A&I expert, you will be support our mission to drive share of influence within the category through awareness, engagement and conversion objective programming.
 
The Assistant Manager will also support activations to build brand love via earned seeding, eventing, influencer and consumer experiential, owned social and PR (executed by our agency).
 
Responsibilities
 
The role will include (but is not limited to) the following responsibilities:
 
Influencer Marketing Management: 
<ul>
<li>Support the execution of Advocacy & Influencer strategy to drive awareness and conversion to support key business priorities</li>
<li>Support the go-to-market strategy for national campaigns + retailer programming (campaign briefing, campaign execution, creator casting, brief casting, content review)</li>
<li>Identify new and emerging influencers while simultaneously maintaining and growing relationships with key influencers and influencer management companies</li>
<li>Collaborate with Social Brand Managers and agencies on paid influencer campaigns and activations to ensure alignment for maximum reach and results across organic, paid and earned</li>
<li>Support influencer mailers and seeding strategies in partnership with team and agency</li>
<li>Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams to align on brand priorities and key moments to properly plan affiliate programming, inclusive of TikTok Shop.</li>
</ul>
Influencer Events, Trips & Consumer-Facing Events
 <ul>
<li>Support event eventing experiences that build love and fuels advocacy</li>
<li>Partner with PR agency/production company</li>
<li>Manage invitee lists, event ROS, attendee Facebooks, etc.</li>
<li>Assist in the production (with agency partner) and execution of consumer-facing events, and industry events (i.e. AAD)</li>
<li>Draft event recaps and reports on ROI</li>
</ul>
Public Relations
 <ul>
<li>Support the adaptation of global PR plans to support local activation needs</li>
<li>Work closely with PR agency to ensure that editors receive timely and usable brand messaging to drive significant press coverage for skincare priorities - inclusive of press releases and factsheets</li>
</ul>
Reporting & Presentations
 <ul>
<li>Develop fluency with influencer and social platform tools, Traackr, MIM, NetBase, RivalIQ, etc. to analyze and report back on data.</li>
<li>Assist with development of reports and presentations for company & divisional leaders</li>
<li>Analyze and share insights from the L'Oréal USA CDMO/COE reports that highlight influencer activity internally and externally</li>
<li>Oversee competitive analysis reporting to ensure L'Oréal Paris is positioned as a leader in the space</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements
 <ul>
<li>2-3 years of experience in Marketing, Social Media, Influencer and/or PR/communications in agency or in-house, excluding internships. Experience in beauty a plus.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in related field</li>
<li>Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of the influencer space, including key talent and content trends</li>
<li>Working knowledge and experience with all major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram/Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, SnapChat and emerging platforms</li>
<li>Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a cross-functional team</li>
<li>Strong understanding and passion for the beauty and cosmetic industry</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize and multi-task</li>
<li>Ability to analyze data in terms of conversion and content performance</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel + data analysis platforms like Google Analytics.</li>
<li>Ability to travel when needed</li>
