 Roles &amp; Responsibilities

 Develop, implement, and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with Kuwait DGCA &amp; EASA Part 145, CAR M regulations.

 Ensure that all maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities comply with regulatory and company requirements, through regular audits and surveillance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Policy &amp; procedures alignment between MOE, CAME, TPH and related documents to AMOS process workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with the Jazeera Safety &amp; Compliance Monitoring Department for regulatory audits, approvals, and compliance issues.

 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and ensure prompt incorporation into company procedures.

 Plan, schedule, and perform internal and external audits of maintenance and engineering functions, including contracted AMOs and vendors.

 Safety &amp; Continuous Improvement within Technical Departments via the Safety Action Group.

 Experience and Qualifications

 15 years of Aircraft Maintenance experience and minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
