Job description<ul><li>Coordinate purchasing and receiving procedures.</li><li>Oversee service quality and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Conduct staff performance assessment process on a monthly basis.</li><li>Contribute to innovation process within own scope of work in the business unit.</li><li>Develop and motivate team members through capability development.</li><li>Ensure that all local laws and regulations are followed.</li><li>Foster service innovation.</li><li>Coordinate the communication between the external and internal departments and the caf&eacute; bars.</li><li>Lead team to implement change.</li><li>Ensure that all food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures are being followed in the different bars.</li><li>Manage cost and quality controls.</li><li>Manage crisis situations.</li><li>Manage customer service.</li><li>Coordinate with the Operations Manager for all equipment maintenance.</li><li>Manage training.</li><li>Educates our customers on our products, history and brand.</li></ul>&middot; Follows and implements all company regulations.&middot; Provides outstanding customer service.&middot; Ensures that all his team had god knowledge of our products and their production method.&middot; Never stops learning and expanding his knowledge on coffee, tea and all bar products and new trends.&middot; Increases sales and performs upselling and cross selling.&middot; Maintains the high quality of service and products as expected by the company&middot; Follows all Company drink recipes and procedures.&middot; Reports all customer complaints to the shift leader.&middot; Responds to any guest inquiries concerning our products, history and brand&middot; Maintains efficient, friendly service standards and demonstrates such standards when training other team members.&middot; Restocks all bar amenities as required.&middot; Is responsible to maintain bar cleanliness and hygiene at all times.&middot; Maintains all back of the house areas involving bar operations clean and tidy and properly stocked.. Informs the shift leader of any operational issues.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#65020;2,500.00 - &#65020;3,500.00 per month
