Job Description 
BIM Coordinator is responsible for managing, coordinating, and maintaining discipline-specific BIM models to ensure consistency, accuracy, and clash-free integration across architectural, structural, and MEP systems throughout the project lifecycle.
The role acts as the technical bridge between designers, engineers, and construction teams.
Key responsibilities:<ul><li>
Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection models</li><li>
Lead MEP clash detection and resolution with other disciplines</li><li>
Ensure proper system routing, clearances, and access zones</li><li>
Manage MEP families, system parameters, and calculations</li><li>
Coordinate with site teams for constructability and installation sequencing</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering</li><li>
Minimum 5 years of experience as BIM</li><li>
UAE experience is a must</li><li>
Advanced Revit MEP skills</li><li>
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards</li><li>
Experience with plant rooms, shafts, and ceiling coordination</li><li>
Familiarity with load calculations and system sizing</li></ul>
Nice-to-Have<ul><li>
