<p>We are looking for a skilled <b>BIM Modeller</b> with at least <b>1 year of experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM)</b> to join our team on a <b>full-time remote basis</b>. The ideal candidate will support our design and project teams by creating and managing accurate BIM models for interior fit-out and construction projects.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain <b>BIM models</b> based on project drawings, specifications, and design requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure model accuracy and clash detection.</li><li>Update BIM models based on design revisions and site feedback.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and company guidelines.</li><li>Assist in extracting <b>BOQs, schedules, and material quantities</b> from BIM models when required.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Contract<br/>Contract length: 12 months</p><p>Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month</p>
