Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Support annual brand and promotion planning for the PepsiCo Beverage portfolio.</li><li>
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality implementation.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on campaign objectives, timelines and performance tracking.</li><li>
Monitor campaign performance and consumer engagement metrics, preparing regular analysis and reporting.</li><li>
Contribute to the development of creative materials and consumer communication in line with brand identity.</li><li>
Manage agency coordination and budget tracking to ensure smooth and efficient campaign execution.</li><li>
Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and consumer participation through data-driven insights.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s from a university, preferably with analytical majors or heavy with electives</li><li>
2&ndash;4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, Insight or CRM roles</li><li>
Strong coordination, communication, and project management skills</li><li>
Strong Analytical thinker; keen on data analysis, interpretation, computation</li><li>
Creative &amp; curious; not hesitant to challenge status quo, try &amp; break things and start over</li><li>
Excellent Communicator (in English and Turkish); keen and able to move people with their ideas</li><li>
Cross-cultural abilities - able to understand different stakeholders needs, develop aligned plans and work with a positive &ldquo;make it happen&rdquo; attitude in harmony</li><li>

Monitor and follow up on market and consumer KPIs, from data collection to action plan development.</li><li>
Coordinate projects with both internal and external resources, including creative &amp; media &amp; digital agencies, production planning, trade activities, and the sales team to achieve desired results.</li><li>
Regularly track and report on the budget.</li></ul>

Preferably, a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in brand management</li><li>

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>
Excellent presentation and organizational skills</li><li>
