</li><li>Oversee design reviews, approvals, and compliance with local authority requirements (e.g., ADM, ADWEA).
</li><li>Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and change control processes.
</li><li>Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including clients, contractors, and government entities.
</li>Support pre-contract and post-contract phases, including technical evaluations and tender documentation.

 </li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in design management for Infrastructure and masterplanning preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
</li><li>Proven track record in managing design for high-rise, mixed-use, commercial, or institutional buildings.
</li><li>Strong understanding of local authority processes and permitting requirements.
</li><li>PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
</li>Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
