Application Development Associate provides support on application development project and support the maintenance of production systems for the Bank and its branches.</div>
Responsibilities:

Application Maintenance:</i></b></div><ul><li><div>
Provide first level application maintenance support services</div></li><li><div>
Review and analyze application issue, prepare a solution for supervisor to review and approve, and execute the solution after it is approved</div></li><li><div>
Participate in testing and submit solution to supervisor for review</div></li><li><div>
Assist with updating of application systems maintenance documents</div></li><li><div>
Ensure adherence to the change management procedure when implementing application solutions</div></li></ul><div><b><i>
Application Development:</i></b></div><ul><li>
Conduct business requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand the business and system requirements</li><li>
Assist with the development of project plan and conclusion based on the analysis of business requirement sessions and present to supervisor for review</li><li>
Write application codes that are in compliance with secure coding principles</li><li>
Assist with the design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of application projects</li><li>
Conduct testing including unit test and system integration test to validate if the new application meets business requirements</li><li>
Develop detailed application documentation</li><li>
Adhere to the application development procedure when developing application system</li></ul><p><b><i>
Risk Control:</i></b></p><ul><li>
Execute the processes in accordance with Bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, to control and mitigate risks arisen</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology or related subject required; Master's degree preferred.</li><li>
1-2 years of Strong web page and computer program development and testing experience required.</li><li>
1-2 years of experiences with SQL scripts and data extracting skills</li><li>
1-2 years of IT project development, testing and maintenance experience</li><li>
IT industry certificates preferred</li><li>
Demonstrate proficiency in at least 2 programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, C Shell, python)</li><li>
Considerable skills in application software support, modifying, installation, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting; considerable skill in researching and evaluating computer software</li></ul>
Pay Range<p><i><br>
Actual salary is commensurate with candidate&rsquo;s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.</i></p><br>
