Job Description 
Job Summary<ul><li>
Supervise, manage and support subcontractor to proceed with construction effectively in accordance with project specification under safe condition.</li><li>
Oversee construction operations on a day to day basis</li><li>
Study the drawings and execute the work by managing the labour material and machinery as per daily planning.</li><li>
Prepare letters and technical documents concerning the project (e.g. technical reports, project schedules, cost estimate, bill of materials, etc.).</li><li>
Review and give advice on the technical documents submitted by Subcontractors like bar bending schedules, shop drawings and material approval request documents.</li></ul>
Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>
Inspect construction of Water proofing, Finishing Works, Precast, elements Installation, Aluminium-composite Cladding, Facade, Structures for process and non-process Industrial Buildings.</li><li>
Monitor progress, oversee the delivery of materials and carry out safety checks and supervising the labours at every stage of the construction.</li><li>
Communicate with client for solve issue with drawing or any document.</li><li>
Detect any design errors, and where possible rectify the same or request the site Engineer to make the necessary change</li><li>
Supervise and ensure safe condition at construction site in cooperation with safety department.</li><li>
Supervise and ensure construction quality in accordance with project specification and ITP (Inspection and Test Plan).</li><li>
Ensure necessary construction drawings and materials in advance of construction implementation and</li><li>
Ensure the quality as specified in the approved ITP.</li><li>
Manage the field labor pool and associated equipment, subcontractors and supplies to ensure project execution meetings project schedule</li><li>
Manage construction progress by checking daily, weekly and monthly work done quantities and prepare report</li><li>
Prepare construction M/S (Method Statement) based on specification and requirements.</li><li>
Record B/P (Best Practice) and L/L (Lessons Learned).</li><li>
Coordinate with other disciplines or departments to resolve interface issues.</li><li>
Prepare cost and quantity estimates (BOQ), work schedules, correspondence to Clients and subcontractors, and technical submittals like shop drawing approval request and material approval request.</li><li>
 Client meetings and attend site inspection, walk thru &amp; punch listing with QC Inspector &amp; Project Management Team</li><li>
Prepare JSA or Equivalent Documents based on specification and requirements.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Education<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil engineering major</li></ul>
Experience<ul><li>
Construction experience in an oil/gas/petrochemical or power plants as supervisor.</li><li>
Engineering &amp; Construction Company working experience in Middle East is preferred.</li></ul>
