Senior Business Analyst

The Business Analyst acts as the critical bridge between business objectives and technical AI execution. This role is responsible for driving the successful delivery of AI-powered solutions by translating complex business needs into actionable technical requirements and system specifications. You will ensure that every AI initiative is aligned with ethical, regulatory, and performance standards while supporting the end-to-end lifecycle&mdash;from initial elicitation and feasibility testing with Data Scientists to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management. Your goal is to ensure AI tools are not only technically sound but also practically integrated into banking workflows to drive measurable business value.
Your responsibilities as the Business Analyst include:<ul><li>
Facilitation of workshops and interviews to gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear AI specifications for data inputs and model outputs.</li><li>
Partnering with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to validate the feasibility of AI use cases and ensure alignment with strategic business goals.</li><li>
