As adoption of conversational and agentic AI accelerates across the Middle East and Türkiye, we are scaling our enterprise sales team to meet the demand and this is where you come in.
What are we looking for:
We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own new-logo acquisition across Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkey from a base in the UAE. This is a true hunter role: you will build and close a pipeline of net-new enterprise accounts, engaging senior business and technology stakeholders to land Yellow.ai as their platform of choice for AI-led customer experience.
You will run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first outreach to signature — mapping accounts, quantifying business value, orchestrating solution and commercial workstreams, and navigating enterprise procurement. You will be measured on new annual contract value (ACV) and the quality of the logos you bring in.
What You'll Do
- Own new-logo revenue across KSA, Qatar and Turkey, owning the full new-business cycle from prospecting through to close.
- Generate pipeline through targeted, multi-threaded outbound direct outreach, events, partners and referrals rather than relying on inbound alone.
- Build executive relationships with senior stakeholders (CX, Digital, Contact Centre, IT and C-suite), articulating how agentic AI reduces cost-to-serve and lifts customer satisfaction.
- Translate customer challenges into a compelling, quantified business case, working with pre-sales, solutions and value-engineering teams to design the right solution.
- Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, proposals, security and legal review, and procurement, to reach signature and a clean handover to delivery.
- Own account planning in your territory — mapping enterprise accounts, whitespace and buying centres, and maintaining an accurate rolling forecast.
- Keep an accurate pipeline in the CRM (opportunities, activities, MEDDPICC/qualification and next steps) to a standard the business can forecast on.
- Collaborate with regional partners, resellers and system integrators to extend reach and accelerate deals.
- Represent Yellow.ai at industry events, customer meetings and executive briefings and share market intelligence back into product, marketing and leadership.
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS / software sales experience, with a clear record of new-logo acquisition (not only renewals or account management).
- A proven track record of selling into large enterprises in the GCC ideally KSA and/or UAE — with an understanding of how regional enterprises and government-linked entities buy.
- Demonstrable evidence of consistently meeting or exceeding an enterprise new-business quota, closing complex six- and seven-figure deals.
- Comfort with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and the ability to build and defend a business-value case to C-level buyers.
- Fluency in a structured sales methodology (e.g. MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message) and disciplined CRM hygiene.
- Professional working proficiency in Arabic and English is required, given coverage across the GCC.
- Willingness and ability to travel across the territory (KSA, Qatar, Turkey) and a valid UAE residency / eligibility to be based in the UAE.
- A genuine hunter mindset — self-starting, resilient and energised by opening doors and building territory from the front.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling AI, conversational AI, CCaaS, CX, contact-centre or automation software.
- Existing relationships within banking, telecom, retail or government verticals in the region.
- Turkish language ability — an advantage given Turkey coverage — or prior experience selling into the Türkiye market.
- Familiarity with partner- and SI-led sales motions in the Middle East.
