About the Role</h2>

As a Business Director, you'll lead and grow our senior client relationships in Kuwait, working with leading regional and multinational clients across the GCC. <li>10+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or MarTech, with at least 4 years in a senior client leadership role.

<li>Bilingual proficiency with outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.

<li>Commercial Acumen: Proven track record managing and growing large, complex accounts (ideally $1M+ annual revenue) and comfort with P&amp;L and forecasting.

<li>Market Expertise: Culturally fluent with a deep appreciation for the nuances of doing business in the Gulf; experience in Kuwait or the broader GCC is strongly preferred.
