 Qualifications
 
 
 
 - Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, marketing, Communication, Information Technology, or a related field
 
 
 - Experience: 6&ndash;10 years of hands-on experience in proposal management, sales enablement, or localization coordination&mdash;preferably within the IT, consulting, or enterprise services sectors
 
 
 - Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both
 
 
 - Proven experience in managing end-to-end proposal processes: RFP/RFI analysis, stakeholder collaboration, compliance documentation, and submission tracking
 
 
 - Strong ability to culturally adapt sales and marketing materials, contracts, and technical documentation
 
 
 - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Acrobat, and proposal management tools
 
 
 - Direct collaboration with sales, and presales teams on strategic proposals and presentations is required
 
 
 - Strong project management, time management, organizational skills, and communication skills.
