Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell is seeking an exceptional and highly motivated attorney to join her management team as the Chief of the Southeastern Massachusetts Regional Office (SEMAS) located in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Employees of the SEMAS Office handle legal matters from various areas of the Attorney General&rsquo;s Office (AGO), including the Government, Public Protection, and Criminal Bureaus. The SEMAS Office also provides on-site assistance to residents with labor and consumer issues, including providing consumer mediation services, and serves as a regional hub for the implementation of AGO-wide priorities that involve community outreach, education and policy initiatives.
Primary Duties: The Chief of the SEMAS Office is responsible for the overall administration,
management, and direction of the regional office and for supervision of all its business. The Chief supervises and directs an office comprised of Assistant Attorneys General, civil investigators, inspectors, consumer mediators, community outreach coordinator, Massachusetts State Police and administrative staff; reviews and assigns SEMAS Office caseload; oversees case management and reporting requirements; assists in developing and implementing community education, training, and outreach programs; and is responsible for reporting on SEMAS Office activities to the Attorney General and her executive staff.
The Chief is also expected to handle a moderate caseload of litigation matters. The Chief works directly with Bureau Chiefs of the Attorney General&rsquo;s Office to coordinate substantive legal matters and cross-bureau initiatives as well as lead the efforts of SEMA staff to implement office-wide priorities and to respond to systemic concerns unique to the region. Because certain SEMA staff also report directly to division managers in Boston, including the Fair Labor, Consumer Protection, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Trial, Neighborhood Renewal, Civil Investigations, Consumer Advocacy and Response, and the Criminal Divisions, the Chief coordinates staff supervision with managers of those divisions. The Chief serves as the Office&rsquo;s liaison with local public officials and community organizations throughout the region.
Position Type: Full-Time/Exempt. Our current hybrid model includes some remote workdays for most positions. On in-office days, employees are required to report to one of our designated office locations, either in Boston or at a regional office.

The Attorney General&rsquo;s Office is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and skilled attorney to serve as the Managing Attorney for the White Collar &amp; Public Integrity Division. 
The White Collar &amp; Public Integrity Division is a statewide division under the Criminal Bureau of the Attorney General&rsquo;s Office. This Division consists of a team of statewide prosecutors, who partner with the Massachusetts State Police, other law enforcement, civilian investigators, and victims witness advocates, to handle a broad range of criminal cases, spanning financial crime and public corruption. Financial crime includes fiduciary embezzlement by professionals, complex financial frauds, and tax fraud schemes. Public corruption includes a vast array of schemes involving public officials, public institutions, and public funds.
Primary Duties: The Managing Attorney will work with the Division Chief and Deputy Division Chief to oversee the investigation and subsequent litigation of cases in the White Collar &amp; Public Integrity Division. The Managing Attorney will lead teams within the Division to take on nuanced investigations, litigation, and other priority projects, as well as take responsibility for certain administrative tasks. The Managing Attorney will mentor and provide guidance to other members of the Division, and provide assistance in the development of investigative strategy and trial planning. In addition, the Managing Attorney will continue to perform responsibilities of a line AAG, including handling their own complex cases. The Managing Attorney&rsquo;s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, (a) conducting joint investigations with other federal and state agencies and/or law enforcement agencies; (b) aiding the investigative and prosecutorial efforts of others within the Division; and (c) providing leadership and oversight of other team members&rsquo; contributions to case prosecutions.
Position Type: Full-Time/Exempt.
Location: Boston, MA. Our hybrid model may include some telework days for the successful candidate. For the first six months in the position, the Managing Attorney may be expected to work in the office at least three days per week.

CPCS is the state agency in Massachusetts responsible for providing an attorney when the state or federal constitution or a state statute requires the appointment of an attorney for a person who cannot afford to retain one. The agency provides representation in criminal, delinquency, youthful offender, family regulation, guardianship, mental health, sexually dangerous person, and sex offender registry cases, as well as in appeals and post-conviction and post-judgment proceedings related to those matters.

The Role</h2>

We're hiring a Vice President, Corporate Legal to lead HubSpot's global corporate, securities, and governance function. You'll be the company's principal legal advisor on public-company reporting, corporate governance and compliance, and strategic transactions.

This role blends precision with pragmatism. You'll be accountable for getting it right&mdash;ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of our disclosures and governance practices&mdash;while staying grounded in the business realities of a fast-moving, AI-native company.

Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you'll partner closely with the executive leadership, as well as Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, and Corporate Development. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to HubSpot's Board of Directors&mdash;driving effective Board conversation and governance.

What You'll Do 
</h2>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">1. Excel in Public-Company Reporting</h3>

Bring rigor and sound judgment to every disclosure.
Oversee SEC and other public company reporting compliance, including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, and disclosure controls.

Partner with Finance and Investor Relations to ensure reporting accuracy and cohesive market messaging.

Guide teams through earnings cycles and regulatory events with clarity and confidence.

Manage HubSpot's insider-trading and executive-ownership programs, including Section 16 filings and Rule 10b5-1 plan oversight.

</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">2. Uplevel Board Interactions</h3>

Ensure sound governance and effective Board operations.
Serve as a trusted interface for the Board and committees&mdash;planning meeting cadence to support effective governance and strategy conversations, capturing minutes, and facilitating clear information flow.

Advise on director independence, charters, policies, and insider-trading compliance.

Coordinate proxy-advisor engagements and annual-meeting logistics with Finance and IR.

Enable smart, scalable growth through collaboration.
Partner with Corporate Development and HubSpot Ventures on M&amp;A and investment activities from term sheet through integration.

The Attorney General&rsquo;s Office is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and skilled attorney to serve as the Managing Attorney for the White Collar &amp; Public Integrity Division. 
The White Collar &amp; Public Integrity Division is a statewide division under the Criminal Bureau of the Attorney General&rsquo;s Office. This Division consists of a team of statewide prosecutors, who partner with the Massachusetts State Police, other law enforcement, civilian investigators, and victims witness advocates, to handle a broad range of criminal cases, spanning financial crime and public corruption. Financial crime includes fiduciary embezzlement by professionals, complex financial frauds, and tax fraud schemes. Public corruption includes a vast array of schemes involving public officials, public institutions, and public funds. 
Primary Duties : The Managing Attorney will work with the Division Chief and Deputy Division Chief to oversee the investigation and subsequent litigation of cases in the White Collar &amp; Public Integrity Division. The Managing Attorney will lead teams within the Division to take on nuanced investigations, litigation, and other priority projects, as well as take responsibility for certain administrative tasks. The Managing Attorney will mentor and provide guidance to other members of the Division, and provide assistance in the development of investigative strategy and trial planning. In addition, the Managing Attorney will continue to perform responsibilities of a line AAG, including handling their own complex cases. The Managing Attorney&rsquo;s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, (a) conducting joint investigations with other federal and state agencies and/or law enforcement agencies; (b) aiding the investigative and prosecutorial efforts of others within the Division; and (c) providing leadership and oversight of other team members&rsquo; contributions to case prosecutions. 
 
 
Position Requirements :
<ul><li>Member of the Massachusetts bar or eligible for admission in short order.
</li><li>Minimum of seven (7) years of full-time legal experience, including significant experience as a prosecutor or defense attorney, in white collar or other complex criminal litigation.
</li><li>Ability to develop, lead, and oversee highly complex, challenging, and sensitive criminal investigations, present matters to the grand jury, and handle resulting prosecutions from arraignment through conclusion.
</li><li>Ability to guide, advise, and mentor other members of the Division in their case work.
</li><li>Ability and willingness to assist in researching complex legal issues impacting the work of the division.
</li><li>Ability and desire to handle multiple complex and challenging priority matters simultaneously.
</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
</li>A valid Massachusetts driver&rsquo;s license is required, as travel is necessary to various courts.
