Key Accountabilities</b></div><br>

<li><div>Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the hotel boat in accordance with Peninsula Standards and marine safety procedures.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Maintain complete knowledge of hotel policies, LQA and FORBES standards, and ensure consistent service excellence.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Collaborate closely with Security, Housekeeping, and Engineering to maintain the boat&rsquo;s condition and cleanliness.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Ensure the boat is inspected daily and that all maintenance issues are promptly reported and documented.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Stay alert and responsive to weather conditions, guest safety, and nearby marine traffic.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Keep detailed logbook entries of operations, incidents, and maintenance activities.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Carry out duties and requests as assigned by Hotel Management.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Immediately report any mechanical or engine-related issues to the Chief Concierge and relevant departments.</div></li></ul><br>

</div><div><b>General Requirements</b></div><br>

<li><div>Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment or marine service.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Strong understanding of marine operations and safety procedures.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Highly responsible, attentive, and calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is an asset.</div>
</li>
<li><div>Committed to The Peninsula&rsquo;s Environmental and Food Safety Management standards.</div></li></ul></div><div></div>
