<div><div>We are hiring a highly experienced Civil/Structural Site Inspection Engineer with a background in Oil &amp; Gas, industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing contracts, executions, and compliance across multiple disciplines in line with UAE regulations.
The duty of the Inspection Engineer shall include but not be limited to the following tasks:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing tender documents, conducting quantity take-offs, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and submitting competitive technical and commercial proposals in accordance with client requirements.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract requirements for infrastructure and landscape projects.</li><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and pricing for roads, utilities, drainage, irrigation, hardscape, and softscape works.</li><li>Analyze project scope and identify commercial and technical risks.</li><li>Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.</li><li>Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial tender submissions within specified deadlines.</li><li>Coordinate with the engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate project costing.</li><li>Perform value engineering and recommend cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.</li><li>Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings to assess project requirements.</li><li>Maintain an updated database of material costs, labor rates, equipment costs, and subcontractor pricing.</li><li>Prepare tender clarifications, post-tender negotiations, and contract documentation.</li><li>Ensure all tender submissions comply with client specifications and company procedures.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering and estimation for Infrastructure and Landscape Projects in the UAE.</li><li>Strong experience in estimating roads, utilities, drainage, irrigation, hardscape, softscape, and external works.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and tender documentation.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE construction standards, authority requirements, and contract documentation.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and estimation software.</li><li>Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tender submission deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with government and private sector infrastructure and landscape tenders in the UAE.</li><li>Knowledge of FIDIC Conditions of Contract.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Visa sponsorship and medical insurance.</li><li>Annual leave and benefits as per UAE Labour Law.</li><li>Opportunity to work on prestigious infrastructure and landscape projects in the UAE.</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to submit their updated CV to careers@elpatio.ae or via WhatsApp: +971 50 145 1330.Important: Please mention &quot;Tender &amp; Estimation Engineer&quot; in the subject line of your email or in your WhatsApp message to ensure your application is processed correctly.Pay: From AED1.00 per yearWork Location: In person
