 Resolution of contradictions and ambiguities arise throughout the tender review, quantification process and the subcontractors or suppliers RFIs.

 Manage tender addenda to ensure their incorporation into the tender pricing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze the project configuration and collaborate with the construction team to identify the staff deployment, logistic and authorities&rsquo; requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate pricing for materials, equipment, and subcontractor resources by collaborating with the procurement department, adhering to the RFQ process, and fostering strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating estimate file in CCS Software incorporating bid profiling, analyzing and addressing deficiencies in the Engineer-provided BOQ, and implementing necessary BOQ adjustments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparation the Tender Submittal in accordance with the Tender Requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Undertaking the post-tender process to ensure thorough issue resolution, maintain document integrity, and support bid winning efforts.
