Job Description 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Civil Inspector to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Civil Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of construction projects by conducting thorough inspections and enforcing compliance with local and international building codes and regulations.<ul><li>
Perform regular on-site inspections of construction projects to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and relevant building codes</li><li>
Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents</li><li>
Conduct tests on construction materials and methods to verify quality and safety standards</li><li>
Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of all inspections and findings</li><li>
Identify and document any violations or deficiencies in construction work</li><li>
Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve issues and ensure timely project completion</li><li>
Stay up-to-date with local and international building codes, regulations, and industry standards</li><li>
Utilize inspection equipment and tools to perform accurate assessments</li><li>
Participate in pre-construction meetings to discuss project requirements and potential challenges</li><li>
Provide guidance and recommendations to improve construction quality and safety</li></ul> 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field</li><li>
Several years of experience in civil engineering or construction inspection</li><li>
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices</li><li>
Strong familiarity with local building codes and regulations specific to Lusail, Qatar, as well as international construction standards</li><li>
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents</li><li>
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication abilities</li><li>
Experience using various inspection equipment and tools</li><li>
Ability to work efficiently in diverse cultural environments</li><li>
Relevant certifications in construction inspection or quality control (preferred)</li><li>
