 Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree in Engineering from a recognized institute to the approval of the Engineer.
 </li>
 <li>
 10 years of work experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in the construction and supervision of Recycled Water infrastructure works.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in water infrastructure project is an added advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in supervising structural works such as interchange, tunnels, culverts, retaining walls, manholes, and ducts

 The QAQC Civil Engineer will support and working on projects associated with Stormwater &amp; Drainage, Flood Alleviation, Wastewater Networks and Water distribution networks Pumping Station, Recycling Plant. This will involve undertaking investigations, planning, designing, tendering, contract administration and construction supervising &amp; monitoring. The role will be based in Ras Al Khaima.
 
 
 Key accountabilities for this position include but are not limited to:
 
 
 Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
 
 
 Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout project lifecycle.
 
 
 Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
 
 
 Monitor and report on quality performance metrics.
 
 
 Stay updated on industry standards and regulations.
 
 
 Lead quality inspections and ISO audits for all projects.
 
 
 Review and approve contractors QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and method statements.
 
 
 Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
 
 
 Work closely with project teams to ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
 
 
 Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues.
 
 
 Monitor and report on quality performance metrics to management.
 
 
 Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
 
 
 Professional certifications in quality management and auditing are preferred.
 
 
 Minimum of 10 years of experience in QAQC, preferably in utilities and infrastructure projects (Preferred)
 
 
 Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with project teams and stakeholders
 
 
 Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
 
 
 
 Experience In Leading Quality Inspections And ISO Audits (Preferred)
 
 
 
 Ability to review and approve contractors QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and method statements (Preferred)
 
 
 Proven track record in developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures.
 
 
 Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to conduct root cause analysis.
 
 
 Proficient in monitoring and reporting on quality performance metrics.
