Role PurposeTo plan, coordinate and deliver the complete MEP (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting and ELV) scope of construction projects on site &mdash; from shop drawings through installation, testing, commissioning, authority approvals and handover &mdash; to the required quality, programme and budget.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Construction delivery Take ownership of the MEP scope on assigned projects (buildings, villas, warehouses, parks, fit-outs) from setting-out through to snag-free handover.</li><li>Shop drawings &amp; coordination Review, mark up and obtain approval for MEP shop drawings; carry out services coordination against architecture, structure and finishes; resolve clashes before installation.</li><li>Material &amp; BOQ control Prepare material take-offs from drawings and BOQs, raise material submittals and procurement requests, and control wastage on site.</li><li>Site supervision Direct the electrical, mechanical and plumbing supervisors and subcontractors; sequence first-fix and second-fix activities to suit the construction programme.</li><li>Quality &amp; inspections Raise and walk down inspection requests (WIRs), ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and UAE codes; maintain QA/QC records.</li><li>Authority approvals Coordinate inspections and approvals with relevant authorities and utilities (e.g. DEWA, ADDC, AADC, SEWA, Civil Defence) and consultants.</li><li>Testing &amp; commissioning Plan and witness testing and commissioning of all MEP systems; compile T&amp;C records and as-built information for handover.</li><li>Programme &amp; reporting Track MEP progress against programme, identify slippage early, and report status, manpower and constraints to the Project Manager.</li><li>Safety Enforce HSE requirements for all MEP activities and ensure safe systems of work on site.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / MEP Engineering.</li><li>UAE Society of Engineers / MMUP (UPDA) engineer registration is an advantage.</li><li>Valid UAE driving licence preferred.</li></ul>Required Experience &amp; Skills<ul><li>5&ndash;8 years&rsquo; MEP experience with a contractor on live construction projects &mdash; must include full-build delivery, not maintenance.</li><li>Proven track record delivering complete MEP packages on at least one project type: building, villa, warehouse, park or major fit-out.</li><li>Strong ability to read and interpret MEP construction drawings and specifications.</li><li>Working knowledge of UAE MEP codes, authority and utility approval processes.</li><li>Competent in services coordination, testing &amp; commissioning and handover documentation.</li><li>Confident leading site teams, subcontractors and multi-trade coordination.</li><li>AutoCAD / drawing mark-up and MS Office; planning-software awareness (Primavera / MS Project) an advantage.</li></ul>Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
