Monitor / identify relevant changes in Sustainability/Health and Safety / Food safety local regulations and laws and update the internal procedures, policies and forms accordingly.

   Drive improvement and track goals achievement through collection, analysis and communication of EHS goals and measurements. Review action plans with the Hotel EHS committee to reach the set goals.

   Conduct training for all employees on EHS and food safety policies and procedures. Undertake regular EHS and food safety inspections at the workplace and implement corrective action where required.

   Ensure that the suppliers / contractors are complying with the EHS &amp; food safety standards through audits and communications.

   Manage and control all documents (manuals, policies, procedures, logs etc.) related to EHSMS &amp; food safety and the corresponding reports.

   Collaborate with various departments to implement corporate social responsibility activities aimed at contributing positively to the community and environment.

   Oversee the implementation and monitoring of Rotana Earth programs within the hotel

 Occupational Health and Safety responsibilities will include-

   Develop OHSMS manuals, policies and procedures and review periodically or less if required.

   Lead the implementation of OHS System and monitor the system through inspections, meetings e.g., OHS meetings, Management review&hellip; with the Head of departments as well as the operational colleagues.

   Retain active involvement in periodic reviews and assisting in setting EHS objectives and targets.
