This role oversees the development and execution of an extensive assortment of women&rsquo;s apparel in a wide range of sizes and colors, ensuring alignment with brand vision, customer needs, and profitability objectives.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>
Lead the merchandising strategy to achieve sales, margin, and profitability goals for ELOQUII and June &amp; Vie.</li><li>
Oversee product line development, ensuring the right mix of key items and fashion offerings that reflect brand identity and deliver on fit, quality, and value.</li><li>
Identify growth opportunities and guide the development of new products to meet evolving customer needs.</li><li>
Partner closely with Creative, Design, Global Sourcing, Planning, E-Commerce, Marketing, and Technical Design to ensure seamless execution of brand and merchandising strategies.</li><li>
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance metrics to inform assortment planning and business decisions.</li><li>
Establish and implement both short- and long-term objectives that support overall brand strategy and positioning.</li><li>
Drive innovation in product presentation, pricing, and storytelling across digital and print channels to inspire customer engagement.</li><li>
Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and performance management to develop a high-performing merchandising team.</li><li>
Train, and develop Product Managers to ensure deep category expertise and alignment with brand goals.</li><li>
Maintain awareness of competitive activity and best practices within the market to continually enhance product and business strategies..</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</b></p><ul><li>
Minimum of 10 years of progressive merchandising experience within the apparel industry, preferably in women&rsquo;s categories.</li><li>
Proven track record of leading merchandising teams within a branded retail business of significant volume and scale. Experience in both digital and catalog merchandising preferred.</li><li>
Strategic, results-driven leader with strong business acumen and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to translate product vision into profitable results.</li><li>
Demonstrated success driving innovation and executing effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>
Insightful, data-informed decision-maker who blends creativity with commercial sensibility.</li><li>
Deep understanding of merchandising fundamentals, including trend, price-value equation, product quality, and customer fit.</li></ul><p><b>
