Every day is different, but you&rsquo;ll mostly do:

</li><li>Maintain product knowledge including ingredients, equipment and current trends and support Chef de Partie to make appropriate adjustments to kitchen operations accordingly</li>

What we need from you

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
