This role will involve direct sourcing of candidates for open positions in engineering, data science, AI/ML, and other technologies.</p>
<p>
The position directly reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager, Technology located in New York.</p>
<p>
All consultants are expected to meet the following KPIs each month:</p>
<ul>
<li>Source Candidates That Lead Towards the Following Hires:<br>
<ul><li>IC and Senior Manager technology roles</li>
</ul></li><li>Candidates Sourced &amp; Outreached: 100 Per Week</li>
<li>LinkedIn InMail Response Rate: 20%</li>
<li>TA Screens Per Week: 20 (60 Minutes Per Interview/20 Hours Per Week)</li>
<li>New Active Candidates Per Week (Post TA Screen): 5</li>
<li>Candidate Conversion from TA Interview to Hiring Manager Interview: 75%</li>
</ul>
<p><b>What We Expect</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree from a four year university</li>
<li>Confidence in your ability to create your own sourcing strategies and Boolean search strings</li>
<li>Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter including the ability to manage projects and create sophisticated search parameters</li>
<li>Experienced in sourcing beyond LinkedIn on tools such as GitHub, and the ability to perform Google X-ray searches</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills in order to interview senior candidates in technology</li>
<li>Sophisticated offer negotiation skills in order to close candidates</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Minimum Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience sourcing and recruiting in a fast-paced environment for hard to fill Engineering, AI, ML, Data Science, and other technology roles</li>
<li>Strong acumen and understanding of PHP Engineering, .Net, DevOps, and similar tech stacks</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, action/goal-oriented, effective multi-tasker with a high sense of urgency</li>
<li>Must be flexible and can work independently</li>
<li>Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)</li>
</ul>

The hourly rate for this position is $55-$75 per hour and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location.</p>
