Driver Supervision<ul><li>Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with company procedures.</li><li>Prepare and monitor driver duty schedules and vehicle allocation.</li><li>Monitor driver attendance, punctuality, and daily reporting.</li><li>Ensure drivers follow safe driving practices and company instructions.</li><li>Conduct regular toolbox talks/briefings in coordination with HSE.</li><li>Address driver complaints, operational issues, and disciplinary matters.</li><li>Report repeated violations to management/HR.</li></ul>4. Vehicle Maintenance Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with the Maintenance Department.</li><li>Monitor daily vehicle inspections and identify defects.</li><li>Ensure defective vehicles are reported and removed from operation when necessary.</li><li>Follow up on vehicle breakdowns and repair status.</li><li>Maintain records of servicing, repairs, tyres, batteries and other major maintenance activities.</li><li>Ensure vehicles are returned to service only after required repairs are completed.</li></ul>5. Fuel &amp; Vehicle Monitoring<ul><li>Monitor daily fuel consumption and investigate unusual usage.</li><li>Maintain fuel records for each vehicle.</li><li>Monitor mileage and vehicle utilization.</li><li>Identify excessive fuel consumption, unnecessary idling, or misuse.</li><li>Monitor tyre condition and replacement requirements.</li></ul>7. GPS &amp; Vehicle Tracking<ul><li>Monitor GPS/vehicle tracking systems where available.</li><li>Review vehicle movement, routes, excessive speeding, unauthorized use and unnecessary stops.</li><li>Report repeated violations to management.</li><li>Coordinate with HSE/HR regarding serious driver violations.</li></ul>8.
