Job Description 
This position is for Transportation team. The prospective candidate should have experience in managing large road and infrastructure project.. Responsible for the overall direction &amp; management for feasibility studies, design and/or construction supervision contracts. Ensures on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations. The PM is responsible for Contract activities and commercial performances to meet project goals &amp; objectives. 
Job Duties<ul><li>
Acts as the Company representative for all day-to-day Contract matters with the Client during the program/project execution. Negotiates changes to the scope of work with the client and contractors. Responsible for following up on instructions &amp; commitments associated with the project.</li><li>
Oversees establishment of Package specific briefs, contracts and procedures. Assists other Package and the Project Director on matters that cross between the projects.</li><li>
Establishes the program requirements for all areas of the project and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria.</li><li>
Plans, directs, supervises and controls the execution of all business, technical, fiscal and administrative functions of the assigned project or subtask.</li><li>
Prepares and monitors work schedule/ deliverable lists to ensure timely delivery</li><li>
Leads Client meetings, ensures accurate and prompt minutes of meetings</li><li>
Maintains check lists, issue logs, etc and reviews and updates the same</li><li>
Work with Construction Manager, Project Managers, and Project Director to develop construction budgets, schedules and plans for the various elements of a project.</li><li>
Assists the Project Director to devise and execute actions plans to rectify potential cost overruns or schedule delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work.</li><li>
Monitors and reports to management on the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule.</li><li>
Liaison with shared services personnel for delivery of design, costs, schedules and overall project support.</li><li>
Establishes regular meetings to review package status and formulate action items.</li><li>
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.</li></ul>

Specific Skills Required
Working knowledge of the Middle East and in particular KSA and Bahain, construction industry practices/safety/quality management systems. Good knowledge of design processes and systems.<ul><li>
Experience in Roads and Infrastructure projects in the Middle East.</li><li>
Thorough knowledge of current technology; must be able to select and apply appropriate engineering software for use on project.</li><li>
High level of critical thinking, numerical and literacy skills in English.</li><li>
Good negotiation skills.</li><li>
Ability to work in a matrix organization and motivate team</li><li>
Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.</li><li>

A Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Masters in Water and Waste Water/ Sanitation/ Transportation engineering would be preferable.Chartered Engineer or Professional Engineer registration is preferable at this level.
