Qualifications</b></p><p><b>

1&ndash;3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment. Car wash experience is not required.</li><li>
Experience supervising teams of 8&ndash;12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.</li></ul><p><b>
Skills &amp; Abilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Strong leadership and management capabilities with proven sales acumen.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with conflict-resolution abilities.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and POS systems.</li><li>
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.</li></ul><p><b>
Physical Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
