Position Objective:
The Manager, MW/DBE &amp; SDVOB Contract Compliance will be responsible for ensuring that the Prime Contractors and Subcontractors comply with all relevant laws, rules, regulations, and contract provisions governing the M/W/DBE &amp; SDVOB program. The Manager, MW/DBE &amp; SDVOB Contract Compliance will establish M/W/DBE goals, attend qualification hearings and kick-off meetings, conduct applicable research on contracts and/or compliance issues; as well as work conjunctively with the project managers to ensure that contractors input their respective monthly payment data reports into the contract compliance system, conduct applicable monthly payment data reports analysis, conduct site visits, review and process goal waivers and reduction requests (as necessary), and input reports for a sizeable number of contracts, compile and produce requisite reports and participate in outreach events, as assigned. Prepare evaluations of MW/DBE &amp; SDVOB goal achievements. The incumbent works closely with MTA and its Agencies&rsquo; Procurement staff and Project Managers. The Manager works in conjunction with the Project Manager to ensure that all established MW/DBE &amp; SDVOB goals are achieved.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Reviews all agency requisition/requirements for goods, services, and capital related contracts to establish MW/DBE &amp; SDVOB participation goals.</li><li>
Responsible for identifying and contacting MW/DBEs &amp; SDVOBs capable of providing goods and services.</li><li>
Analyzes bids/proposals submitted to ensure compliance with MW/DBE&amp; SDVOB participation regulations.</li><li>
Attends pre-bid, pre-construction meetings, contractor selection panels, and other meetings as required.</li><li>

Summary of Position
California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) is looking for a passionate and driven East Coast Facilities Manager to ensure maximum efficient operations of facilities and equipment, as well as the care of all grounds and support equipment. Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Ensure Preventative Maintenance (PM) programs are established for key equipment and finishes. Negotiate and monitor PM programs for cost, service, and performance. Recommend corrective action as required.
</li><li>Check and follow up on all Preventative maintenance (PM) programs for efficiency of CPK&rsquo;s hot water, signage time clock settings, HVAC T-stats, Refrigeration time clock and defrost settings and lighting program.
</li><li>Trouble shoot facilities related problems reported from the restaurants. Develop and implement corrective actions.
</li><li>Create a subcontractor and vendor database for each region, ensuring at least three options for every trade.
</li><li>Recommend and manage corrective construction at existing restaurants to ensure cost-effectiveness and lasting quality, while minimizing disruption and downtime.
</li><li>Lead all subcontractors and vendors at walk-throughs for repair and maintenance.
</li><li>Lead all vendors on site visits.
</li><li>Manage projects to full completion and final approval.

About the role
The Technical Designer is responsible for facilitating the transition of apparel styles from design concept and first prototype to a final, production ready prototype. Collaborate with manager, agent partners, Sourcing, Product Development, Design, and Merchandising to ensure the fit, quality, delivery, and business practices are achieved and upheld.
