This role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of project delivery to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion within budget.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and manage full project lifecycle from planning and mobilization to handover.</li><li>Lead site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors across multiple civil projects.</li><li>Review civil/structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for execution.</li><li>Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget.</li><li>Manage contract documents, variations, RFIs, claims, and correspondence.</li><li>Enforce strict compliance with safety, quality, and authority (Municipality, MEW) standards.</li><li>Conduct coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Prepare and present project status reports to upper management and clients.</li><li>Supervise site-based engineers and provide technical guidance and mentorship.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>Minimum 10&ndash;12 years of experience in civil construction with at least 4 years in project management.</li><li>Proven track record in leading large-scale projects (buildings, infrastructure, or mixed-use).</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling tools (Primavera/MS Project), and project budgeting.</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reporting tools.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Knowledge of Kuwait regulations and authority approval processes.</li><li>PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.</li><li>Kuwait residency with transferable visa is preferred.</li></ul>Interview Process:All applicants will go through the structured three-phase process:<ul><li>HR Round &ndash; Evaluation of employment eligibility, past experience, and cultural fit.</li><li>Technical Round &ndash; Assessment of project experience, engineering knowledge, regulatory understanding, and problem-solving.</li><li>Executive/Managerial Round &ndash; High-level discussion of project leadership, decision-making, and ability to manage resources and stakeholders.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: KD850.000 - KD1,100.000 per monthExpected Start Date: 10/09/2025
