JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, and Architecture, Construction Management or related area preferred. Equivalent experience considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

Experience: Minimum of fifteen years&rsquo; experience in the construction industry, with the majority of that time spent in project engineering and project management on multi-family and commercial building projects. Design-build and jobsite experience required. Professional engineering or architectural registration is desirable.

SUMMARY

The Project Manager for Tenant and Airport Dining &amp; Retail is responsible for overseeing and managing the design, construction, and renovation of retail and dining establishments within airports. <li>Manage and oversee the facilitation of tenant projects as they move through the project delivery process from concept through completion and operation ensuring they are in alignment with the overall airport capital and expense program.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Facility &amp; Infrastructure and design teams to ensure the creation of retail and airport dining spaces meets tenant and airport authority expectations.</li>
</ul>
Stakeholder Management:
<ul>
<li>Serve as the main point of contact between airport sponsors, tenants (retailers and restaurants), airport authorities and commission, contractors, and other stakeholders.</li>
<li>Facilitate regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project development is consistent with their needs, goals and project requirements; and minimizes impact on daily operations.</li>

Regulatory Compliance:

<li>Manage tenant fit-out processes, including permitting and safety acceptance, while ensuring adherence to project scope, regulatory requirements, and local building codes.</li>

What you&rsquo;ll do
You&rsquo;ll lead end-to-end commissioning on complex projects&mdash;owning scope, schedule, budget, client relationships, and documentation. Day-to-day, you will:<ul><li>
Develop and manage commissioning plans and schedules; align stakeholders and deliverables.</li><li>
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and design teams; lead pre-functional and functional testing.</li><li>
Identify issues, drive resolution, and ensure compliance with codes/standards.</li><li>
Produce clear reports, checklists, and closeout documentation, train owners and end users.</li><li>
Manage project financials (invoicing, forecasts, profitability) and support proposals/fee development.</li><li>

The Architectural Products Designer serves as Insidesource&rsquo;s subject matter expert on architectural products, partnering closely with New Business Development, Sales, and Project Management teams to deliver successful wall solutions. This role requires frequent collaboration with external partners&mdash;including Architects, Interior Designers, client Project Managers, General Contractors, subcontractors, and building owners&mdash;to ensure seamless project execution. The Designer will provide comprehensive design services to dealership customers, working in tandem with sales, order entry, and installation teams to produce accurate plans and specifications. Operating with minimal supervision, this position manages larger, more complex design assignments, exercising a high degree of initiative, independent judgment, and technical expertise.</div><div></div> 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Use CET software to create wall layouts for commercial projects from initial budgetary development to specifications, shop drawings and final installation plans</li><li>
Work independently on the development of original designs or adaptations requiring specialized experience</li><li>
Support the Insidesource sales teams in their efforts to win demountable wall business by being a technical resource in conversations with end users, Designers and General Contractors</li><li>

 As an Estimator at Venture, you&rsquo;ll play an essential role in generating and managing estimates for both current and potential projects. Working closely with project managers, you&rsquo;ll provide estimates, budget control, and studies that guide our projects from the business development phase through pre-construction and into construction.
