 Role Overview:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 As an Associate Consultant, you will collaborate closely with senior consultants and clients to implement and maintain Information Security Management Systems. Your role will support process optimization and regulatory compliance efforts across various frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, PIPEDA, and other ISO standards including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct gap analyses to identify areas of non-compliance with ISO standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the development, documentation, and implementation of ISO management systems and related procedures.
 </li>

 Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver training and guidance on ISO standards as well as other relevant compliance and management standards to client staff
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in internal audits and prepare detailed reports on findings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support clients in preparing for external audits and certification processes.
 </li>

 Provide ongoing assistance to clients for continuous improvement and compliance maintenance.

 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 To lead, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for the MEP package of the Bangalore Metro project, ensuring all works comply with project specifications, contract requirements, applicable codes, and standards. The QA/QC Manager will guide site teams, ensure proper documentation, enforce procedures, conduct audits, and coordinate quality-related activities to achieve project quality objectives.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare, review, and maintain all project quality documents including Quality Manuals, Quality Plans, ITPs, Method Statements, Formats, and Procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely approval of all QA/QC documents from the client/consultant.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular training sessions and toolbox talks for site engineers, supervisors, and technicians on QMS requirements, inspection procedures, and best quality practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all site staff understand and follow the approved procedures and standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify, prepare, and implement work procedures, ITPs, checklists, and quality records relevant to MEP systems (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical, LV systems, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor execution to ensure compliance with approved methods and specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all testing and measuring instruments are calibrated in accordance with the calibration schedule.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain records and coordinate with agencies for timely calibration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure quality checks and tests are performed as per ITPs and project specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with consultants/client representatives for inspections and approvals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to project quality requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify non-conformities and raise NCRs where required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with site teams for timely analysis, corrective actions, and closure of NCRs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain detailed NCR logs and track compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, organize, and conduct internal quality audits and supplier audits as per the audit schedule.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare audit reports and ensure follow-up actions are implemented.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all quality documents are properly controlled, updated, and archived as per QMS requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain an effective document control and record-keeping system for inspections, tests, materials, and construction activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain proper records of all inspections, tests, calibration certificates, quality formats, and audit reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare periodic quality reports for management and client review.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure traceability and transparency of quality documentation at all times.

 Qualifications &amp; Skills
