About the role
We are looking for an experienced Social Media and Branding Specialist with strong expertise in Dubai real estate, brand strategy, PR, CEO branding, digital marketing and AI-powered marketing tools. The role will be responsible for building a strong corporate and project brand presence while driving awareness, engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Market Strategy: Develop and execute the company’s brand and market strategy aligned with Dubai’s real estate landscape, business objectives and growth plans.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand identity, positioning, messaging and visual standards across all channels, projects and customer touchpoints.
- Digital & Online Presence: Strengthen presence across the website, social media, Google, property portals and other digital platforms.
- Project Branding: Lead branding for new developments, including project naming, positioning, creative identity, brochures, hoardings, signage, launch materials and sales kits.
- Integrated Campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns for property launches, developments and corporate initiatives, with a focus on awareness, engagement and qualified lead generation.
- PR Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive PR and communications strategy, including media relations, press releases, interviews, thought leadership and corporate communications.
- CEO Branding: Develop and manage the CEO’s personal branding strategy across LinkedIn, media, speaking engagements, interviews, thought leadership and industry platforms.
- AI & Marketing Technology: Demonstrate hands-on expertise with AI tools for content creation, market research, competitor analysis, creative development, presentations, image/video generation, personalization and marketing automation.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence: Monitor Dubai real estate trends, competitor activity, customer preferences and emerging marketing opportunities to drive brand differentiation.
- Content & Creative: Manage photography, videography, brochures, presentations, advertisements, social media content and other creative assets.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Manage creative, advertising, media, PR agencies, photographers, production houses, printers and other marketing partners.
- Innovation & Growth: Leverage AI, digital platforms, PropTech and experiential marketing to enhance brand recall, customer engagement, market share and competitive advantage.
- Performance Management: Track campaign performance, brand visibility, lead generation and ROI, and continuously optimize marketing initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in Dubai/UAE real estate marketing and branding.
- Strong expertise in Brand Strategy & Market Positioning.
- Proven experience in PR Strategy & Corporate Communications.
- Strong CEO/Executive Personal Branding experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of AI tools and AI-driven marketing solutions.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and property portals.
- Excellent creative, communication, project management and stakeholder-management skills.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
