Essential Duties:

Maintains and operates the assigned grass cutting equipment such as riding and push type lawnmowers, Bobcat lawnmower attachment and weed trimmers.</li><li>
Maintains and operates the assigned snow removal equipment such as the tracked and wheeled snowblowers and the Bobcat snowplow and snowblower attachments.</li><li>
Participates in the bimonthly Morale Welfare and Recreational (MWR) schedule.</li><li>
Operates and drives the company vehicles to perform twice weekly (Tuesdays and Thursdays) mail pick-up and delivery runs to Misawa AB, Japan Air Post Office (APO).</li><li>
Concurrently, completes shopping requirements at the Misawa AB commissary and exchange for the site-operated kiosk.</li></ul>
Basic Qualifications
<ul><li>At least 5 years of experience.</li><li>
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
</li><li>Must possess active secret security clearance</li><li>
Possess an EPA Section 608 Universal Refrigerant Handling Certification or be able to obtain the certification within 30 days of arrival at the job site.
</li><li>Prefer an electrical technician certification required by contract and laws (to include DoD and U.S. Army directives and regulations.</li></ul>
