TriNet is looking for a Counsel, Data, Security, and Technology who has a demonstrable interest in privacy, information security, and regulatory compliance. This role will be responsible for providing advice and counsel regarding data protection and regulatory compliance for TriNet&rsquo;s operations globally with a focus on privacy, data governance, cybersecurity, and technology operations. They will research emerging areas of law, evaluate and mitigate risks, and build actionable frameworks for implementing policies and regulatory requirements. What you will do</b></p>

<li>Assess the risk of complying with emerging developments in technology law, including laws related to privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and balance the goals of growth and scaling with the risk associated with our legal requirements.</li>
<li>Work closely with internal business teams on long-term data protection projects to guide their implementation of privacy and security controls.</li>
<li>Assess the risk of complying with emerging developments in technology law, including laws related to privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and balance the goals of growth and scaling with the risk associated with our legal requirements.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the technology, privacy and security teams and provide day-to-day subject matter expertise.</li>
