This role goes beyond filming, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for setting the creative tone, directing shoots, managing post-production, and ensuring every video asset aligns with our brand identity and engages potential buyers across all platforms.</p><p>You will oversee all videography operations, guide videographers (if applicable), and work directly with the marketing team and leadership to develop high impact video content strategies.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p>Direct and lead all real estate video production, including pre production planning, on site filming, and post production</p><p>Shoot high quality video content of property interiors, exteriors, lifestyle features, and drone footage.</p><p>Oversee editing and post production workflows (editing, color grading, sound, graphics, etc.).</p><p>Develop visual standards, shot lists, and style guides for consistent brand representation.</p><p>Collaborate with agents and marketing team to create storytelling driven video strategies for listings, brand marketing, and social media.</p><p>Stay up to date with visual trends in real estate, social media, and video marketing.</p><p>Manage and maintain video equipment, and recommend upgrades as needed.</p><p>Lead or coordinate a small creative/video team.</p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><p>Proven experience as a lead videographer, director, or senior video content creator preferably in real estate, luxury, or lifestyle content.</p><p>Advanced proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.</p><p>Strong skills in camera operation, lighting, audio, and drone videography.</p><p>Deep understanding of storytelling, composition, pacing, and visual branding.</p><p>Experience managing video pipelines from concept to delivery.</p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><p>Photography skills (interior, lifestyle, or real estate)</p><p>Experience creating engaging vertical content for Instagram Reels, Meta, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.</p><p>Familiarity with video analytics, content performance, and optimization strategies.</p><p>Background in directing or managing creative/video teams.</p><p><b>To Apply:</b></p><p>Portfolio or show reel (with real estate or similar videography work)</p><p>Brief note on your creative approach or vision for real estate video content</p><p>Equipment list</p><p>Availability and desired compensation</p><p>with Resume to chathurika.p@xrealty.ae or WA :- +971 56 546 7362</p><p>Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.</p><p>Xperience the Experience https://www.xrealty.ae/</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month</p>
