We are looking for a highly methodical and proficient Creative Production Lead for a short-term contract. This role requires the successful candidate to manage studio activities, coordinate personnel and assets, and drive enhancements to workflows to establish streamlined and scalable production methods. 
 
This Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily functioning of creative solutions and engaging with external partners within our in-house studios. This client-facing capacity demands the efficient allocation of resources (including internal staff and external contingent/freelance talent), the management of studio reservations, and the formulation of effective processes to maximize creative output and overall impact. 
 
The individual will collaborate closely with studio support staff and contract/freelance teams to guarantee smooth scheduling, optimal use of studio space, and the delivery of premium client support. Additionally, they will function as a bridge between our studio services department and both our internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

 3&ndash;5+ years of experience in 3D animation, rendering, or motion design (studio, agency, or production environment preferred).

 Fluency in Cinema 4D, Houdini, Blender, and Unreal Engine.

 Strong rendering experience in Redshift, Octane, Arnold, or similar. (fluency in Depence is a plus)

 A portfolio demonstrating photoreal rendering, animation craft, and worldbuilding sensibility.

 Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, shading, simulation, and environmental design.
 </li>

 Experience collaborating with creative leads, producers, and mixed-discipline teams.

 Experiential visualization experience (preferred but not required).

POSITION SUMMARY:
The E-commerce Manager oversees the optimization of the Brand website to enhance conversion rates and elevate customer satisfaction through an enhanced shopping experience. Collaborating closely with various departments including brand merchandising, inventory control, technology groups, and creative services, the E-commerce Manager is responsible for ensuring a seamless online consumer journey. This role involves managing all aspects of online store functionalities, from product asset management to site tool functionality and overall brand representation. Additionally, the E-commerce Manager will lead and mentor a team of assistants responsible for site production. 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Monitor website performance in real-time and analyze web demand by product and category to adjust the e-merchandising plan accordingly.</li><li>
Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory Control, and Creative Services to develop brand-centric emails, homepage displays, department landing pages, and editorials to promote key products, trends, and themes in alignment with business objectives.</li><li>
Utilize data analysis and usability tests to make recommendations for enhancing site usability and optimizing the customer experience to boost conversion rates.</li><li>
Work closely with the online technology team to define functional requirements for development and conduct User Acceptance Testing.</li><li>
Lead a team of ecommerce/e-merchandising assistants in managing site products and content, including item configuration, copywriting, image editing, keyword optimization, cross-selling, and scheduled site refreshes.</li><li>
Conduct external analysis of industry trends in online merchandising, competitor strategies, and consumer preferences through both primary and secondary research methods.</li><li>
Participate in Merchandise Planning and competitive review meetings to gain insights into brand positioning and translate them into strategies for optimizing website performance.</li><li>
Identify business opportunities and risks by analyzing sales data and marketplace trends.</li><li>
Coordinate content-related SEO efforts for the brand.</li></ul>
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:<div><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.</li><li>
3-5 years of experience in e-commerce with a comprehensive understanding of online retailing.</li><li>
Proficient in analytics and computer skills.</li><li>

Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements. 
This is a hybrid role requiring flexibility to work in-office and remotely. Evening or weekend work may occasionally be required during major projects.
