 As a Night Receptionist cum Auditor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service during night shifts while ensuring accurate audit processes in line with IHG standards.
 
 
 A little taste of your day-to-day
 
 
 Every day is different, but you&rsquo;ll mostly be:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Welcome and assist guests during night hours, ensuring a warm and professional arrival and departure experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out accurate night audit procedures and reconcile daily transactions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare financial and operational reports in line with hotel standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently and courteously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards, safety, and security procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth overnight operations.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 What do we need from you?
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in a Front Office or Night Audit role within a hotel environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and responsibly during night shifts
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of hotel PMS systems (Opera knowledge is an advantage)
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional appearance with a strong guest-focused attitude
