Caf&eacute; Manager &ndash; Specialty CoffeeLocation: Al Ain, UAE Salary: AED 4,000 &ndash; AED 5,000 per month Job Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are looking for a strong and experienced Caf&eacute; Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our specialty coffee outlet in Al Ain.The ideal candidate must have solid experience managing a busy caf&eacute; or specialty coffee shop, with strong leadership skills, excellent operational knowledge, and the ability to manage the team, service standards, sales, inventory, and overall outlet performance.This is a hands-on management role for someone who can take full responsibility for the outlet and maintain high standards across operations, customer service, coffee quality, cleanliness, and team performance.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the caf&eacute;.</li><li>Lead, supervise, motivate, and develop the caf&eacute; team.</li><li>Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain high standards of specialty coffee preparation and presentation.</li><li>Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.</li><li>Prepare and manage staff schedules according to operational requirements.</li><li>Monitor daily sales and work towards achieving outlet targets.</li><li>Control food and beverage costs, wastage, and operational expenses.</li><li>Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and receiving.</li><li>Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and municipality standards.</li><li>Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve operational issues immediately.</li><li>Conduct regular team briefings and ensure SOPs are followed.</li><li>Coordinate with kitchen, coffee, HR, accounts, procurement, and management teams.</li><li>Monitor product quality and consistency.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve sales, service, and overall caf&eacute; performance.</li><li>Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience as a Caf&eacute; Manager is mandatory.</li><li>Strong preference for candidates with specialty coffee shop experience.</li><li>Good understanding of caf&eacute; operations, coffee service, food service, inventory, and cost control.</li><li>Strong leadership and team-management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage a busy outlet independently.</li><li>Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good communication skills in English.</li><li>Professional, disciplined, organized, and hands-on approach.</li><li>Must be willing to work in Al Ain, UAE.</li><li>Candidates currently available in the UAE will be preferred.</li><li>Immediate or short-notice joiners will be an advantage.</li></ul>SalaryAED 4,000 &ndash; AED 5,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.Only candidates with relevant Caf&eacute; Manager / Specialty Coffee management experience are encouraged to apply.Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have previous experience working as a Caf&eacute; Manager?</li><li>Do you have previous experience managing a specialty coffee caf&eacute;?</li><li>How many years of experience do you have as a Caf&eacute; Manager?</li><li>Are you willing to relocate/work in Al Ain?</li><li>Do you have experience managing staff schedules, inventory, stock control, wastage, and daily caf&eacute; operations?</li><li>Do you have experience handling caf&eacute; sales targets, cost control, and outlet performance?</li><li>Are you comfortable with a salary range of AED 4,000&ndash;5,000 per month?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
