The Customer Service Representative at Amphenol Middle East (AME) is responsible for supporting customers by providing accurate and timely information regarding orders, quotations, product availability, and delivery schedules.
 This role manages order entry, monitors order status, and coordinates with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled. The CSR works closely with sales, engineering, production, quality, and logistics teams to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure accurate documentation throughout the order lifecycle.

Duties / Responsibilities:

<li>Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy of product specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery requirements</li>
<li>Enter and maintain customer orders, quotes, and related documentation in the ERP system</li>
<li>Coordinate with engineering, production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and fulfilled</li>
<li>Monitor order status and proactively communicate delays or changes to customers while identifying potential solutions</li>
<li>Maintain customer records, cross-reference files, and shipping information within internal systems</li>
<li>Support contract review processes to ensure customer orders align with product specifications and internal capabilities</li>
<li>Review and interpret manufacturing drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications when required to confirm order accuracy</li>
